We are looking for Junior Financial Analyst.
Junior Financial Analyst will be in charge of system maintenance/preparation, providing ad-hoc reports, supporting projects, quality and timeliness of financial reports.
Junior Financial Analyst will be in contact with the affiliates and area Finance counterparts as well as with other functional stakeholders in the Division ensuring clear and transparent communication. It includes, but not limited to driving transparency, predictability and efficiency of Affiliate financial results, together with putting in place consolidation process & tools which enables budget fulfilment and costs control.
Core Job Responsibilities
Facilitate regular Gross-to-Net (G2N) analysis using planned and actual data retrieved from variety of sources. Support annual planning process for G2N part of the P&L. The specific task within the G2N planning and analysis is the scope related to Pharmacy Chains due to its importance for the Affiliate.
Act as Business partner for commercial and part of support functions at all internal review of their performance, annual planning and business cases approval.
Prepare and maintain systems in cooperation with technical support team (ensure data integrity, create ad-hoc templates, escalate and solve issues).
Prepares consolidated reporting and analysis for annual and quarterly planning cycles.
Provide reliable, timely, and accurate financial information to enable effective decision-making. Apply appropriate logic and financial concepts to solve problems and recommend solutions.
Interact with finance management to prepare schedules and key management reports, focusing on variance analysis (performance and exchange), trends, and key indicators.
Ensure communication/coordination with functional areas and other stakeholders.
Develops and implements common financial procedures and processes within the team.
Required Experience & Education:
University Degree (Finance, Accounting)
Experience: +1 years of experience in a similar role will be a plus
Affinity to maintain/prepare/work with various systems and data warehouses (e.g. SAP)
Proficient Excel knowledge (data modelling) and good numerical reasoning
Efficient communication and presentation skills
Result-driven, like hands-on work, pragmatic
Ability to work under pressure and tight timings
Critical thinking, excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details
Knowledge of Financial Statements (P&L / Balance Sheet)
Good English / Fluent Russian
