Primary Purpose of the position

The Digital Content Manager (DCM) will serve as an integral member of the cross-departmental marketing and communications team. The DCM offers digital solutions to internal clients based on their briefs (incl. key activities, timelines, set of KPIs and budget). In addition, the DCM will have the responsibility for alignment with appropriate agency/service provider resources w/o execution of project workflows. Optimally, the DCM also drives the overall development of digital capabilities


• Works with product managers and other internal customers to assess the product/ program potential landscape and identifies new capabilities where digital tools may bring additional value

• Involved in CJM (customer journey map) creation by brand

• Initiates and participates in cross-functional digital projects (CES, MCM, special projects);

• Proficiently extracts and analyzes data, develops insights on different types of customers

• Content creation and delivery according to business needs and customer type with focus on CRM tools

• Mentors cross-functional teams on creative development, digital mix assessment, digital data usage

• KPIs reporting on campaign and company levels

• Trains company personnel on the skills they need to work with marketing automation digital tools

• Is responsible for conducting analysis and cross-channel effectiveness studies, tracking and delivering actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing teams, supports digital performance reporting and developing digital insights. Engages with the wider business as a consultative digital manager;

• Estimated % of time activity: 90% tactics planning and some part of execution according to prioritization list, 10% strategies and other


• Education: university degree

• 3y+ experience in digital marketing in in multinational company or in a digital agency 3y+;

• Experience in digital production, understanding content types, planning and managing production budgets; proven ability to optimize digital creative

• Experience in Web trends, UX, GA, Marketing automation to provide insights and identify trends;

• Perfect skills of copy writing

• Developed creative mindset

• commit to action when dealing with pressure and ambiguity of controversial issues and situations

• Be self-motivated and have a desire for continuous learn

• Be good at planning and organization

• English - fluent
