Utility Forklift Driver
The shipping and receiving department need a forklift driver to load or unload material from trucks and move stock throughout the warehouse.
Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles.
Operate lifting devices, such as forklifts and crane pallet jacks, to load, unload, transport, or stack material.
Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move it around the warehouse or facility to ensure timely and complete delivery.
Build inventory on skids for transportation and delivery.
Learn basic electronic mail software --- Microsoft Outlook.
Read and understand invoices and material necessary for use.
Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
Load and unload shipments, belongings, or materials.
Transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas.
Keep the warehouse organized and clean. Empty trash throughout department
Wear Common Protective or Safety Equipment such as Safety Shoes, Glasses, Gloves, Hearing Protection, Hard Hats, or Life Jackets
