Responsibilities

• Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of production operators, providing guidance and support to achieve production goals.

• Production Management: Monitor production processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules. Adjust workflows as necessary to meet demand.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure product quality meets company standards. Address any quality issues promptly.

• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and practices, conducting regular safety training and ensuring a safe working environment.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate production records and reports, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues, working closely with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
