ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician in Morton, Pennsylvania

Maintenance Technician

Direct Hire in Springfield, PA

Mon-Fri 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm

$30-$37/hr to start based on experience level

Manpower is assisting a premiere company near Springfield, PA in hiring a Maintenance Technician to join their amazing operation! This role is a direct hire position. The main focus of this role is to fix and operate machine to ensure orders will be fed trough and manufactured properly. Prior experience with wiring, schematics, mechanical and electrical are required.

• Organize and determine repair and maintenance procedures, priorities and proceed with

• minimum supervision or direction

• Moving and erecting all types of machine tools and equipment for new installations or plant

• layout changes

• Maintenance and repair of milling machinery

• Electrical maintenance from fault diagnosis to replacement of: spindle and axis motors, power

• supplies, drive modules and cards, connectors, proximity switches, etc.

• Repairing and troubleshooting: pneumatics, controllers, relays, motors, transformers, power

• supplies, etc.

• Diagnosing and correcting mechanical, electrical and electronic troubles to involve repairs and

• replacement of monitors, controls, switches, devices, etc.

• Replacing fitting bearings, bushings, o rings, gears, shafts, etc, using a broad range of hand and

• machine tools.

• Calibrations of all production equipment
