Delaware County Intermediate Unit Head Start Instructional Assistant in MORTON, Pennsylvania
The job of Head Start Program Instructional Assistant was established for the purpose/s of providing support to the instructional program within assigned classroom with specific responsibility for working with individual and/or small groups of students and providing instructional support to instructors.
Minimum requirements:
- CDA certificate or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or willingness to pursue a CDA certificate or degree in ECE
- Experience with preschool population
- Ability to function in a culturally diverse population
- Able to work within a team concept
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Able to frequently lift twenty pounds
