BUNZL Ecommerce Business Process Analyst in Morton Grove, Illinois

The eCommerce Business Process Coordinator will collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure best practices and brand guidelines are followed in the development and implementation of our Ecommerce websites through assessment of business requirements and evidence-based recommendations to support process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive product management best practices including product planning through requirements, development, and analysis

  • Facilitate modeling business processes and define and document requirements ensuring alignment with business strategy

  • Provide training and support to internal and external customers on digital and eCommerce solutions

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure consistent user experience across all pages and devices

  • Participate in the development of new processes designed to digitize the customer experience

  • Documentation of process and workflows through release notes, knowledge articles, and artifact

  • Maintenance of user guides and training materials with most up to date features and functionality

  • Collaborate with eCommerce product management and provide input to test cases to ensure features and functions have been delivered to requirement

  • Work with product management in analyzing and verifying business requirements for completeness and functionality

  • Familiarity with agile development processes and able to quickly write effective user stories that can be broken into meaningful tasks by developers

  • Assist program manager with sponsor signoff of requirements

  • Maintain ecommerce project timelines and participates in regularly scheduled meetings with key stakeholders

  • Maintain work item prioritization and project list for the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

  • Experience in process and/or project management

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple time-sensitive tasks

  • Experience with an enterprise-class eCommerce platform

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment, as well as independently

  • Capable of working to both tactical and strategic timescales

  • Excellent productivity and time management skills, and must be detail oriented
