The Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Analyst will primarily support the ecommerce website and will work with internal and external teams to ensure we are delivering a rich and consistent brand experience across our customer touchpoints. This is a unique position for a recent graduate who has completed an internship or has other relevant student work experience looking to apply their skills, knowledge, and passion in a fast-paced environment. As a part of this role, the successful candidate will participate in our Business Associate Program, which is a rotational program designed for ambitious, high-performing individuals. Key Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for supporting key initiatives and strategies including, but not limited to:

  • Development of analytics that help the business understand the performance of multiple sites and eCommerce initiatives including customer engagement with digital solutions.

  • Responsible for evaluating website activities, analyzing trends, and supporting efforts to maximize profitability while implementing process improvements.

  • Assist extensively with ad-hoc merchandising and operational analytics which will require significant interaction with individuals across many areas of the organization.

  • Lead and hold responsibility for operational facilitation, analytic communication, and support throughout the departments.

  • Track and audit key performance metrics such as website performance, product category performance (online), traffic and utilization of websites, success of digital marketing campaigns and analysis of results to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in eCommerce and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.

  • Leverage systems and analytics tools to identify trends, outliers and patterns that uncover new insights to help guide business decisions

  • Stay current with interdepartmental needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (IE: email, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists) to communicate updates and findings.

  • Successfully trains within sales, purchasing & marketing departments to develop a thorough understanding of key concepts associated with the department's functions and its interaction with the other business components

  • Leads conversations with stakeholders (internal & external) to establish knowledge of unique business challenges and priorities that translate into digital growth opportunities

  • Interfaces with internal and external teams to support the implementation and adoption of new PIM solutions, category performance and merchandising of our product portfolio.

  • Work cross functionally to develop and execute analytical reporting and analytics capabilities to drive digital strategy aligning with overall business goals and objectives.

  • Leverage business insights and customer feedback to identify opportunities for future website enhancements that create additional value.

  • Research, identify, and share industry trends and customer preferences around ecommerce and digital marketing activities to help guide the digital strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree within the last three years in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

  • Candidate should have demonstrated leadership ability through previous experiences or extracurricular activities

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to produce analytics and make recommendations to cross-functional leaders based on findings

  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment, as well as independently

  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills

  • Limited travel for select meetings
