The HR Manager will primarily accountable for leading the HR organization including responsibility for: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, regulatory and legal compliance, policy administration and employee training and development in a collaborative, team-based environment to help the Morrow Manufacturing site achieve their Operational Excellence goals.Talent Acquisition/Workforce Planning* Recruit and select qualified exempt and non-exempt personnel. Conduct pre-employment background checks and drug screening to determine applicant employability. Ensure compliance with federal and state legislation as well as manage j ob-posting system.* Develop and conduct new hire orientation programs plus maintain accurate HR Cloud data in conjunction with Shared Services.* Contribution to the accomplishments of the site\'s business goals and operations by assisting management with timely and effective recruiting, hiring, developing, and interpreting policy and guidelinesPeople Development/Learning and Development (Leading training initiatives to maximize site and employee performance)* Implement employee development and training programs.* Contribution of improved productivity through training, development and motivation creating high performing employees.* Counseling, disciplining, and appraisal of personnel.* Provide growth and opportunity for all employees.* Align performance and structure to Division and Regional objectives.* Acts as an advocate for inclusive leadership at site.* Supports all inclusion, diversity & equity activities at site.Compensation and Benefits* Manage plant salary review program in compliance with salary budget and compensation policy, initiate compensation surveys and studies as required to determine appropriate pay rates, analyze data to facilitate equitable pay and classifications, maintain progression rates (if applicable) and general increases and maintain and update job descriptions when required.* Manage employee worker\'s compensation program and...
