Adecco US, Inc. Technical Response Agent in Morrisville, North Carolina

Adecco is assisting a local client in the Morrisville, RTP area for a Technical Response Agent. Positions will offer 2 different shifts; they are as follow:

  • Sunday-Thursday, 4:00pm – 12:00am

  • Tuesday-Saturday, 4:00pm – 12:00am

Position Summary

The Technical Response Center Agent supports customers by facilitating resolution of technical problems and customer service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hardware, software, and networking support to customers via phone

  • Provide order fulfillment support via email

  • Provide support for Travel and Leisure customers via phone and email

  • Thoroughly and efficiently document customer interactions while on the phone

  • Place orders for replacement parts and dispatch field resources within CRM (Service Max)

  • Use customer service skills to assist retail employees and consumers to provide an outstanding customer experience

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Dependability and punctuality are a must

  • This position requires onsite presence for training (approximately 2 weeks). Upon completion of training and nesting period, this position is 100% remote.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED Required

  • Previous experience with customer service, technical support or both

  • Experience with diagnostic procedures

Skills & Competencies:

  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware

  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred but not required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Empathy in dealing with challenging customer situations

  • Prior contact center experience preferred but not required

  • Familiarity with photography and digital imaging a plus but not required

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
