We are currently looking for a versatile and passionate Technical Program Manager with 8+ years of experience to become part of our team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be an authority in various initiatives through extensive cross-functional teamwork, partnership, detailed planning, and magnificent execution to ensure product, program, and client success.

In Finance IT, you will deliver technologies that power Cisco's Finance and Commercial Processes through scalable and sustainable architectures to drive profitable growth & operational efficiency. The Finance IT organization is a team of fun-loving and motivated individuals working on managing IT architecture, platforms, and engineering services for Cisco core financials area.

Skills and Requirements

Experience with Jira Align, Jira cloud

Release management

BS and 7+ years of experience working as a Program Manager in an agile delivery model.

Project/Program Manager experience leading end to end execution of large scale projects/programs

Experience in release management Knowledge of finance technologies and offerings.

Experience in Agile processes, tools, DevOps delivery model, software engineering and release practice.

Exposure to testing, defect management and a broad understanding of test automation tools (UIpath, OATS, Selenium etc)

PMP preferred.

Own and drive program execution, stakeholder management, strong communication skills and strong experience in the SDLC processes null
