About Our Team
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM). This role is a key leadership position responsible for managing complex server product programs for hyperscaler customers in North America. As a Senior TPM, you will drive the successful execution of product development and delivery, collaborating with global teams to meet stringent customer requirements and timelines.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage end-to-end program execution, from requirements gathering to product delivery, ensuring alignment with hyperscaler customer expectations and business objectives.
Act as the primary liaison for hyperscaler customers, providing clear communication on project scope, schedules, milestones, and issue resolution.
Work closely with global teams, including R&D, engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless program execution and deliverables.
Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to address technical, schedule, and resource challenges. Ensure issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.
Establish and track program metrics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity on objectives and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Ensure all products and processes comply with customer standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality policies.
Oversee program budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with financial targets.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 10 years of technical program management experience, with at least 5 years working directly with hyperscaler customers in North America.
Experience managing large-scale, complex server or data center product programs in the cloud or IT infrastructure industry.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep understanding of server hardware, hyperscaler data center infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of working effectively with technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
Experience with Agile or hybrid program management frameworks is a plus.
Ability to travel as required to meet customer and project needs.
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is preferred.
