Are you naturally curious? Like solving problems? We are in need of someone with that curiosity for a client in Morrisville. A Medical Insurance Claims Processor must have the experience to process these claims from start to finish - might have to do a bit of research to solve a few problems, but you will get that problem solved! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of this type of industry - no other insurance claims will qualify for this role. This is a contract role, but for the right person there is an opportunity to become permanent. Pay is based on experience and this role is 100% onsite. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Review, process, monitor, and adjudicate medical insurance claims from start to finish.

• Review patient and provider account updates in MCS and re-adjudicate claims as appropriate; including for retroactive Medicaid coverage, retroactive authorizations, provider contract updates, clinician credentialing update.

• Communicate with provider agencies on claims submission, denial management, and system updates

• Research and dig deep to resolve denials
