Job Title: Integrated Circuit Designer (Cadence Virtuoso)

Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Integrated Circuit (IC) Designer with around 15+ years of expertise for their Mission Systems at the BWI Facility. The role primarily involves working with the Global Foundries SiGe 9HP process, focusing initially on cell layout with potential for top-level layout responsibilities later. The position requires proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso and Cadence Layout XL hierarchical editor. US Citizenship is required, and a US Security Clearance is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will work on-site at the BWI location in Morrisville, NC, with some flexibility for remote work in the case of exceptional candidates. The contract is for 6 months, with the possibility of considering 1-2 resources.

Our client operates as a large, global Defense Integrator located just outside of Baltimore, MD. They specialize in designing and manufacturing cutting-edge Radar Systems for both Airborne and Ground-Based applications.
