The E-Commerce Account Specialist will be primarily responsible for order management, account management, and lead management to support the E-Commerce Website. They will process and review incoming web orders, add items to the website and communicate with appropriate team members to ensure on-time delivery and prompt invoicing. This role will support the E-Commerce Team to continue building an online presence on JFPetroParts.com.

Job Duties:

• Process incoming web orders promptly and review for data accuracy
• Review inventory availability and coordinate prompt shipment through collaboration with Technical Support and Distribution Center Management teams
• Facilitate adding products to online platform to be available for purchase from customer requirements and requests
• Ensure web pages are populated with correct product information and relevant content
• Verify account information and set up users with log-in and passwords to online portal
• Work cross-functionally to transition new and existing customer accounts to e-commerce platform
• Oversee web return processing for general returns, cores/ warranty and coordinate credits with Accounts Receivable Team
• Strategize with the E-Commerce Team to follow customer category trends and regularly share insights, thoughts, and key findings
• Provide exceptional customer service to address customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Assist with website special projects and other duties as assigned as needed

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business or related Supply Chain/Customer Service experience
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong collaborative skills
• Exemplary organizational and tracking skills
• The ability to execute multiple tasks, providing high quality deliverables on, or prior to deadlines
• Strong written and oral communications skills; interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Business Central experience preferred
• Must be able to meet companys employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
