job summary:

An Asset Lifecycle Specialist is needed for a multinational pharmaceutical company in the Morris Plains, NJ area. This position is responsible for the management of the Asset Lifecycle Program for all equipment, systems, facilities and utilities from procurement through decommissioning.

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

• Handle removal, return to service, and asset modifications (relocation, repairs, parts replacement).

• Schedule events like calibration and preventative maintenance.

• Maintain and update procedures related to equipment operation, calibration, and maintenance.

• Conduct periodic reviews and revisions.

• Track Engineering and Change Control KPIs.

• Process work requests/work orders, ensuring completion and close-out.

• Measure customer satisfaction.

Skills:

• GMP regulated environment experience, preferably pharmaceutical.

• Familiarity with manufacturing and laboratory equipment, change controls, and CMMS (preferably Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Management).

• Knowledge of manufacturing quality, automation, validation, and critical systems.

• Experience with Quality Assurance, CAPA, Change Control, Document Control, and Training Systems.

Education and Experience:

• BSc. in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or equivalent scientific field.

• Minimum 5 years in asset lifecycle management.
