Amergis Travel Physical Therapist in Morris, Illinois

Physical Therapist Contract $87/HR. + $500 Start Bonus!!!

Amergis Healthcare Services is actively looking for a Physical Therapist who would be interested in a 13-week, Full Time Contract at a Clinic in Morris OR Diamond, IL. Additional details of the contract position are below:

Position Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Morris, IL OR Diamond, IL

Local): $87/hr.

Start Bonus: $500

Pay Rate (Total Travel Package (40 hours a week): $3,642.00 / Week (Gross)

Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for the travel package

· Taxable wages: $2,480.00 / week

· Weekly lodging allowance: $749.00/week

· Weekly meals / incidentals: $413.00 / week

o Estimated weekly take home after taxes: $3,022.00 / Week (Net)

Duration: 13 weeks

  • Likely Extension

  • Opportunity to go on internally

Schedule:

o 4x10s

o 40 hr./wk.

o Switch between 7:30am-4pm and 9:30am-6pm

o Will have 1 day off during the week

Requirements:

  • IL Licensure and BLS

  • Recent Outpatient Experience

  • Experience in Neuro, Chronic Pain, Parkinson's, Concussions, or Post-Op preferred
