Job Title: Die Setter $23.10/hr (2nd or 3rd shift)

Job Description

The die setter will be responsible for communicating with the other setup techs and quality team, troubleshooting and making minor repairs to dies, and responding to work orders and emails on an iPad. You will also be working on dies that are either dropped in tube benders or robotic cells and components of the dies such as clamps, seals, and bearings. Training will be provided on the 1st shift for one to two weeks. After training, the shifts will be either 2nd shift (3 PM to 11 PM) or 3rd shift (11 PM to 7 AM). Please note that overtime will not begin until the 3rd or 4th week of employment. The rate of pay for this position is $23.10, inclusive of differential.

Must Have Skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Franklin, Ohio.

Work Environment

This role is physically demanding, requiring regular lifting of 20-25 pounds. Larger lifts are managed with a crane and chain system. You will be provided with a headset for communication and an iPad to manage work orders and emails. Please note that this role involves working shifts, with the possibility of overtime commencing from the 3rd or 4th week.
