Lakes and Pines is hiring a Coach at our Mora or North Branch office location (yet to be determined); Monday- Friday 8:00am -4:30pm. At the heart of Community Action lives the goal of prosperity. Through THRIVE, this position will encourage, assist and help develop customers to reach their prosperity through coaching, upward mobility case management and a holistic approach to serving the entire family. The Coach will be responsible for assisting customers to achieve self-reliance by assisting with goal setting, networking and building a system of supports. The Coach will apply a human centered coaching approach and will offer regular check-ins with the customer, to promote accountability and offer support when challenges arise.
