Job Summary: To participate as a member of the team; fostering an environment which supports individuals in pursuit of their hopes, dreams, and personal outcomes. Provide and monitor health care services to individuals, to ensure quality of care is provided and regulatory requirements are met. Qualifications and Requirements: Appropriate formal education of 2 to 4 years (Bachelor's degree or Associate degree from accredited RN program) to receive RN license from the state of MN is required. License to practice as RN in state of MN required. Two years of experience working as a RN, in a health care facility, and experience working with vulnerable populations as well as experience working in an Intermediate Care Facility. Must be certified in CPR. Driver's license required. Training in physical assessments and documentation, developmental disabilities, psychotropic medication monitoring, behavior management, lifts and transfers, First Aid, and Blood Borne Pathogens would be helpful, but could be provided on the job. Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) clearance is required. Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record required.
