Job Title: Framing Carpenter

Job Description

We are a family-owned general contracting company specializing in lawn and snow care for apartment complexes, as well as small to mid-size commercial remodels. Originally focused on residential home remodeling and repair, we have evolved into a strong force in commercial fit-up projects, which now constitute approximately 75% of our annual business. Responsibilities

• Assist with lawn and snow care for apartment complexes.

• Support carpentry and remodeling projects in commercial settings.

• Operate tape measures and power tools efficiently.

• Learn on the job from the lawn/snow foreman.

• Participate in landscaping and construction activities as needed.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using a tape measure and power tools.

• Ability to keep up with and learn from the lawn/snow foreman.

• Experience in landscaping and construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorhead, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00
