Goddard School Lead Teacher- After School Leader in Mooresville, North Carolina

The role of a dedicated After School Leader is critical in the ongoing development of children and vital to building the foundation for Kindergarten and school age children. Responsibilities: * A School Age Leader is responsible for setting the classroom environment which includes development of engaging lesson plans, setting classroom boundaries, building a nurturing classroom culture and using large and small group teaching opportunities to help each child reach their full potential. Homework assistance is also a vital piece! Qualifications: * If you have a BS in Early Childhood, Birth to K, or a degree in a a relatable field, plus 2 or more years teaching experience, this may be the job for you! The position is full time. If you find yourself excited about building a foundation for School Age success, including developing social and emotional awareness, improving communication, and basic cognitive skills within your students, you will be right at home in this class. You will be utilizing your strong classroom management skills, implementing your engaging lesson plans, and sharing your love of this age group.
