TEKsystems IT Support Analyst in Moorestown, New Jersey

Now hiring a Support Analyst. This IT professional provides daily technical support for hardware and software systems, resolving or escalating technical issues and fulfilling service requests within SLAs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, problem resolution, desktop and laptop imaging, inventory management, mobile device support, documentation, and report generation. They also handle severe incident remediation and train team members. Skills required include Active Directory, network monitoring, Cisco, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, VPN, Citrix, VDI, ITSM, ServiceNow, ITIL, CompTIA A+, Net+, Microsoft Certified Professional, Help desk, Customer service, Phone support, Windows 7, and Troubleshooting. Must have 5+ years of Service Desk/Desktop Support experience, Active Directory troubleshooting, ticketing experience (preferably ServiceNow), excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to handle high volume of requests and prioritize tasks. Preferred qualifications include basic troubleshooting for Outlook, O365, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Cisco AnyConnect, Windows 10/11, Intune, software installs, BSOD, remote troubleshooting using SCCM, Citrix, Screenmeet, and experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory, VPN/MFA, phone queues, SCCM, Intune.

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for customers.

  • Answer calls and monitor self-service requests.

  • Resolve issues using customer service and problem-solving skills.

  • Escalate issues when necessary.

  • Manage multiple priorities and meet service level requirements.

  • Deliver reports and develop FAQs.

  • Suggest improvements for quality and consistency.

  • Handle desktop and laptop imaging, inventory management, mobile device support, documentation, and report generation.

  • Manage severe incident remediation and train team members.

  • Skills include Active Directory, network monitoring, Cisco, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, VPN, Citrix, VDI, ITSM, ServiceNow, ITIL, CompTIA A+, Net+, Microsoft Certified Professional, Help desk, Customer service, Phone support, Windows 7, Troubleshooting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
