Antelope Creek Living Center Residential Care Facility Administrator-Licensed in Moore, Idaho

Idaho Licensed\Manages Antelope Creek Living Center. Supervises staff and oversees care for all of the residents living in Antelope Creek Living Center.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties as assigned:

Perform duties of a landlord in showing and renting apartments and rooms.

Responsible for record keeping and annual inspection

Works with the maintenance staff to keep the facilities operational and outside grounds in order.

Responsible for the overall condition of the facility.

Maintain monthly staff schedule. Responsible for informing staff if changes are made to an already posted schedule.

Responsible for supervising 20+ employees.

Coordinate staff work schedules to see that all personal care services are performed as outlined in each clients\' assessment.

Ordering and overseeing the ordering and re-ordering of medications.

Checking in and/or overseeing the checking in of medications from pharmacy. Responsible for checking on charting of PRN medications.

Oversee the scheduling of transportation for clients to medical appointments, social activities, shopping, etc.

Review the Uniform Assessment sheets and convert services to Progress Notes form. Also, make sure all of the staff is informed of services for each client.

Responsible for checking weekly progress notes and submitting billings to Accounts Receivable for services performed by caregivers.

Responsible for overseeing that all clients\' have signed their progress notes weekly.

Investigates all incident reports and submits to the immediate supervisor.

Coordinates with kitchen in meal planning. Provide kitchen with meal count monthly or as change occurs.

Responsible to problem solve with staff and clients. Help staff to develop problem solving skills.

Conducts and/or coordinates training of staff. Supports staff development with employee\'s assigned responsibilities and duties. Observes new staff and assesses the need to continued training.

Communicate with families regarding client\'s care.

Ability to work varied shifts in order to monitor staff\'s performance.

General office work; answering telephone, sending and receiving e-mail, assist client and/or families with filling out forms, etc.

Clerical duties such as faxing, copying, filing, basic typing, completion of forms. Prepares sign-out sheets for assisting residents with medication. Monitor supply usage, ordering supplies, occasional banking, and errands as needed.

Responsible for monthly staff in-service meeting.

Use of computer skills; managing hour and financial budgets.
