Shifts:

• Train to assemble vehicles and automotive parts at Honda

• Rotating Shifts: 2 weeks on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) and 2 weeks on 2nd shift (4:00 PM – 12:30 AM)

• 1st Shift Pay: $19.30/hr

• 2nd Shift Pay: $20.40/hr (includes premium shift pay)

Qualifications:

• No experience needed; on-the-job training provided

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Able to work rotating shifts and overtime as required

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced factory production assembly environment

• Physically able to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs continuously

Manufacturing Operators work in Stamping, Welding, Painting, Die Casting, Machining, and Automobile Assembly. Alabama Auto Plant operates power tools, paint spray guns and welders. Associates may be assigned to different workstations as production assembly needs change.
