CAE USA INC HRIS Compensation Analyst in Montreal (St. Laurent), Canada

We are currently looking for a HRIS Compensation Analyst to administer and participate to the development of the compensation streams of internal and external systems. This job requires a strong attention to detail, strong analytical ability and a good internal client focus. Reporting to the Manager HRIS, you will have the opportunity to participate in the development and optimization of our systems in order to better understand our reality as an employer as well as improve our practices. Are you ready to:

  • M anage the Workday component for the annual global compensation cycle (prepare, test, improve);

  • E nsure healthy use of the Workday compensation module (maintain the database, collect and analyze data, create dashboards, etc.);

  • A ctively support the compensation and benefits teams to implement and maintain our various integrations and compensation programs in Workday;

  • P rovide technical support to HR staff and other users of the HRIS system in using and optimizing the Workday compensation module (act as the primary point of contact, suggest improvements, develop and test new features, simplify our practices, etc.);

  • D evelop user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions on the compensation module to HR staff and other users of the HRIS system; etc.

    The team member we are looking for has:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations or other related discipline;

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a position related to compensation management in HRIS;

  • G ood knowledge of Excel software, formulas, HR systems and Workday, including Workday Compensation certification an asset.

  • great attention to detail;

  • Autonomy, resourcefulness, curiosity and good skills for working in ambiguity;

  • An analytical mind and an ability to communicate effectively;

  • Good knowledge of best practices for managing total compensation.
