As an MRI ApplicationsSpecialist you will be responsible for:

  • Providingon-site customer education MRI systems; including turnover training,follow-ups, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications

  • Customer consultancyand support in individual workflow improvements, including adjustment ofsystem parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflowsto expand customer portfolios

  • Providing salessupport (e.g. product demonstrations, preparation of clinical casestudies)

  • Delivery ofApplication Services (Training and Support) in pre-sales, implementation,and after-sales.

  • Knowledgeable ofSiemens Healthineers product portfolio

  • An effectivecommunicator and have customer interaction skills

  • Possess strongpresentation and demonstration skills

  • Clinicalknowledge (customer core processes, clinical workflow, disease pathways)

  • Medicalknowledge (anatomy, physiology, and pathology)

  • Knowledge ofsystem modality and applications

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

  • Graduate of anaccredited MRI Program

  • A minimumof 5 years professional experience in a hospital setting orequivalent background involving clinical and medical technology expertise

  • CAMRT orOTIMROEPMQ Certified

  • Prior experienceworking with Siemens Healthineers systems is preferable

  • Bilingualism English / French language: The successfulcandidate for this position must be bilingual. Fluency in French and English(verbal and written) is required to perform the duties and responsibilities ofthe position for the following reason(s):

· The role requires interacting with English-speaking customers and suppliers across Canada and/or internationally;

· The role requires regular interactions with Siemens colleagues based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally;

· The role requires using software or technology that is available only in English;
