POSITION TITLE: Authorized Service Centre Manager – East
REPORTS TO: Director of Product Service
DEPARTMENT: Product Service

LOCATION: Remote Quebec

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee all third-party service facilities authorized to repair Milwaukee Power Tools in Eastern Canada.
As an Authorized Service Centre (ASC) Manager on the Product Service team, you will be the front-line representative for Milwaukee Tools responsible for managing relationships with our authorized service center partners, ensuring the highest quality repairs, optimizing their processes, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction for Milwaukee Tool end users. You will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of the business relationship with our ASC partners in Eastern Canada and build a network of service branches that act as an extension of our Factory Service Network.
Your efforts will complement and enhance the Milwaukee Product Service network across Canada, ensuring we are partnered with accounts that meet and exceed the service standards expected of Milwaukee Tool and our end users.
A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have tremendous initiative and drive, impeccable communication skills, creative mind, high level of organization, enthusiasm, be a team player and be driven to win.
What you will do:
Complete account management and overall strategy ownership with all ASC’s
Provide in person and remote support for all ASC’s in your assigned region
Develop relationships throughout our ASC organizations, through all layers of management and staff.
Develop a deep understanding of all ASC needs and wants from Milwaukee as a manufacture, gathering direct feedback and implementing solutions that positions Milwaukee ahead of the competition
Develop comprehensive and strategic partnership program for our existing ASC partners which add value to their business and enhance their Milwaukee service experience.
Strategically identify ASC partners that can enhance and expand our service footprint reaching remote areas where our Factory Service Centers may not be accessible.
Ensure consistency in ASC repair quality, repair turnaround times, and overall customer satisfaction that meets Milwaukee Tool service standards
Continually assess which ASC’s are strategic and non-strategic for our business and take appropriate action.
Understand all ASC’s repair capabilities and help coordinate the necessary parts inventory, tool fixtures and equipment need to complete specialized tool repairs.
Keep the organization up to date on competitive trends
Ensure ASC’s have necessary resources, fixture, parts inventory, and training to complete repairs safely, at the highest quality, and in the quickest time possible.

W hat you have done:
Completed a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ year’s sales and account management experience.
Built a skill set with Microsoft Office applications
Shown effective business communication skills, have a broad business perspective, and understand the power tool market
Bilingual with ability to speak fluently in both English and French
Requires a valid driver’s license and passport
Ability to travel significantly
