Avanade Inc. Learning Execution Specialist in Montreal, Canada

Together we go beyond. As Learning Execution Specialist for our global Delivery Management curriculum, you will be a key part of the team bringing to life learning experiences that help Avanaders deliver successfully for our clients, and to outperform in their roles, move into new ones and achieve their career aspirations. We have an ambitious, high volume training plan - more than 200 courses over the next year - and you will be a key member of a global team responsible for ensuring smooth execution and great learner experience. You will work closely with our Delivery Learning Business Partner, our Course Management team, and with stakeholders and experts in our Delivery community to plan, schedule and execute course conducts and support self-study experiences - including coordinating with vendors, instructors and students. Along the way you’ll see things that could be improved - and we want your creativity and conviction to help us make things even better! The learner experience is at the heart of the role, requiring an enjoyment for the detail involved in the planning and execution of a range of courses and skills development programs. KEY ACCOUNTABLILITIES: * Work with Talent Community Stakeholders and Learning Business Partners to plan a curriculum and put together a comprehensive learning execution plan * Partner with the Course Management Team to ensure seamless execution of learning delivery and complete pre and post class administration * Communication and coordination with instructors, vendors and students * Learner support and escalation triage * Maintain course catalogue and self-study materials for learners * Striving to both streamline and improve processes and learning experience * Develop fluency with the Learning Management System (LMS) to create templates for courses, content and communication updates from the system. Preferred Experience requirements: 5+ years related work experience, preferably in operations, technology or consulting Your skill set and experience likely include: * Stakeholder Management * Business Operations, Logistics management, or Event management * Project management and coordination * Task management: organized and able to manage various workstreams in parallel * Customer service: focused on end-user experience * Communication: proven verbal and written communications skills * Teamwork: work well in a team (inc. remote teams) and independently * Resourcefulness: can navigate ambiguity, and confident in exploring new tools and approaches * Learning Operations tooling: such as Learning Management Systems, Learner eXperience Platforms, Content Management Systems, etc * MS Excel: proficiency with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and beyond * MS PowerPoint: an eye for detail on formatting and graphics/charts * Other preferred skills: needs analysis, facilitation, evaluation, data analysis, design thinking, content curation, content development
