GB Member Operations is looking for an Electronic File Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, influential and passionate professional who is committed to building solid relationships while delivering on initiatives in a fast-paced and changing environment.
As a member of our team, you will be supporting large corporate clients, coordinating efforts to provide world-class benefits administration and customer service. Our clients trust the administration of their group benefits to us and you will be part of a team that delivers outstanding results to those clients and our members.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall Benefits Member data management, maintenance and integrity by providing system expertise and performing system process administration to support the set-up of new clients and the ongoing plan administration of existing clients.
Position Responsibilities:
Act as a key liaison for PMA with respect to electronic client files; attend meetings to share information internally and with clients; gather, document and analyze client data to facilitate successful electronic data uploads.
Confidently load and report on member data on various administrative systems.
Provide expertise on related systems and procedures, file specifications and manual updating.
Provide technical and administrative support to other departments as needed.
Participate in troubleshooting and problem analysis in resolving client issues.
Assist with bulk manual updates where applicable.
Manage caseloads within a team with the ability to organize and prioritize in order to ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
Liaise with the IS team on data/system issues and provide testing support
Required Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of Group Benefits as well as Benefits Administration
Proven negotiation and communication skills
Familiar with the various types of electronic files, experience working with files with a large amount of data and editing those files.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & SQL would be an asset
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to demonstrate confidence and resilience in everyday situations
Good relationship management skills
Good knowledge of Benefits Administration Systems (Vital Objects) would be an asset

Salary range is expected to be between
$49,575.00 CAD - $82,625.00 CAD
