We're seeking someone to join our team as a Business Technology Portfolio Manager, ready to help forge the workplace of the future by facilitating technology innovations.
In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Director level position within the Transformation & Process Management, which specializes in change management strategy, with the aim to align people, process, and technology initiatives more closely with its business strategy and vision.

*What you’ll do in the role: *

• Liaise with colleagues to define and document business cases and business requirements for technology projects • Lead working-group sessions and facilitate status meetings for senior stakeholders • Provide ongoing project management services for certain key technology projects • Execute on technology governance tasks within the IT asset management lifecycle • Contribute expertise from your assigned domain to the larger technology governance group for strategic decision making across the division
*What you’ll bring to the role: *

• 4 plus years of experience influencing or leading business projects among dispersed teams • Experience working in a large enterprise with continual collaboration across divisions • Familiarity with business technology through exposure to software development, assessment or implementation • Meticulous organizational and communication skills • Ability to juggle many moving parts and adapt quickly to changing priorities • Confidence in leading discussions with colleagues at all levels
