In SAP data and analytics at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyse client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilisation of SAP data and analytics tools. Working in this area, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualisations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimise their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

Demonstrates thought leader-level and/or a proven record of success of SAP Data Migration technical experience utilizing SAP ETL Tools (BODS/ADM/ADMM) with advanced SQL skills, SAP Information Steward and working knowledge of SAP S4/ECC/ABAP as the following:

  • Working on 5+ Full Life Cycle Implementations in SAP including conducting Blueprint/Design workshops, requirements gathering, data mapping, gap analysis, custom object development, data loading, unit testing, integration testing and go-live strategies;

  • Understanding of SAP data dependencies across functional domains: FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, PS, WM, HCM;

  • Possessing knowledge in other data SAP domains: SAP MDG for data governance, SAP Datasphere, SAC for Data Analytics;

  • Applying experience in review and approval process of the business rules/mapping document and convert functional specification to technical specifications;

  • Designing ETL jobs to extract, cleanse, validate, and transform data from SAP and non-SAP data sources;

  • Creating and executing load programs to load data into SAP from Data Services using IDoc, BAPI, LSMW, LTMC & custom ABAP program load methods;

  • Utilizing Data Quality module of Data Services including cleansing, matching and de-duplication of data;

  • Developing data quality routines with real-time trigger-based alerts for data analysis utilizing SAP BODS Real Time jobs and SAP Data Quality Management;

  • Understanding of SAP Data Services (BODS) and SAP Syniti ADM/ADMM;

  • Defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines;

  • Utilizing data validation, data security, and data sensitivity requirements;

  • Understanding a client’s problem statement regarding data, across migration, data governance and analytics;

  • Growing business within industry sectors and supporting RFPs;

  • Implementing technology-enabled business solutions adeptly for clients as part of a high-talent team;

  • Exhibiting written, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills;

  • Leveraging problem solving and troubleshooting skills;

  • Completing peer review of documentation;

  • Managing, mentoring, and leading a team, both onshore and offshore;

  • Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; and,

  • Applying advanced problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
