Oracle Process Consultant II in Montpelier, Vermont

Job Description

Work with Oracle's world class technology and teams to develop, implement, and support best practices for a hospital-based IT team in Farmington, New Mexico.

We’re looking for a Process Consultant II in Farmington, NM to help us.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements with strong ROI

  • Monitor and measure the results, potential opportunities, needs, issues, and problems that could impact business results

  • Monitor key performance indicators, determine gaps in performance metrics, analyze complex issues to find root cause, and recommend change management techniques for efficiency and quality improvements

  • Launch and lead new process improvement initiatives around key business metrics and imperatives that align to process guidelines

  • Collaborate and lead with the PMO and managers on project prioritization process and governance structure

  • Proactively seek out and anticipate internal and external business challenges, including regulatory requirements, and recommend/reengineer process, tools, behaviors, and service enhancements, and implement solutions to drive desired future state

  • Lead change management team meetings, prepare monthly reporting data, and manage service level agreements across the team

  • Lead strategic discussions to define key value objectives for the engagement, scope, and success metrics

  • Advise internal and external stakeholders regarding process improvement tools and strategies

  • Navigate organizational barriers to ensure that project team is effective in reaching goals

  • Manage large-scale, cross-functional projects to deliver new or significantly change existing solutions, services, or programs

  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to deliver on business objectives

  • Develop prototypes of the process design and work across teams, with process owners, operations managers, technology architects and other IT areas as appropriate throughout development and implementation process and supporting technology solutions

  • Align closely with cross-functional leadership to ensure any new processes or process changes are critical, relevant, understood, and supported

  • Establish and advise on best practices for adoption, implementation, and adaption of processes

  • Lead continuous process improvement and problem management initiatives

  • Participate in design, development and implementation of process architecture deliverables, including components of the assessment and optimization of people, process and system design and review of user requirements

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure processes and tools support organizational needs and areas of dependency are clearly articulated

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only

Hiring Range: from $27.02 to $54.13 per hour; from $56,200 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
