Job Description

Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS) Consulting, US is responsible for the implementation and support of Oracle’s Financial Services Analytical Applications. Our business is growing at an all-time pace in the risk management, anti-money laundering, fraud, and regulatory compliance analytics applications. Oracle software is used by 70% of Global Systemically Important Financial Institutions (GSIFS). Our market-leading financial crime and compliance software suite is used by over one hundred leading financial institutions globally and underpins Anti-Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Enterprise Fraud systems at some of the largest financial institutions in the world.

As a recognized authority and leading contributor within the Consulting practice, this senior-level position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team.

With focus on Financial Crimes, data science, data modelling and next generation technologies, you will exercise judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provide direction and mentoring to project teams, leads technical team, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Assign tasks, mentors team, tracks deliverables, and oversees activities of the team. Coordinate technical interviews. Provide performance feedback to management for team. Interact with sales and product management to recommend future product enhancements. Support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborate with consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack. May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout U.S. May telecommute. (6181.1181)

Job Requirements

  • Comprehends and stays abreast of the ever-changing US bank Compliance laws and regulations.

  • Possess the ability to translate US bank compliance laws and regulations into actionable outcomes for our clients.

  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with Financial Institution and Insurance level business heads like the Bank Secrecy Act Officer (BSAO), Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), Chief Risk Officer (CRO).

  • Positioning Oracle Financials Crimes and Compliance Management (FCCM) solutions to meet our clients business needs.

  • Provide Compliance law and regulation information to other Consultants.

  • Collaborate and exchange Compliance law and regulation knowledge with Product Development teams to improve and advance our solution set capabilities on behalf of our clients.

  • Provide comprehensive business requirements and transform them to technical specifications and/or Cloud Service Solution set process maps.

  • Assist Product Development in the design of rules and algorithms to identify fraudulent activity such as real-time transaction fraud and Identity Fraud and Cybercrime.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity of Oracle Financial Crime and Compliance Management solutions for financial sectors.

  • Strong functional domain expertise in Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM), Regulatory Reporting, Anti-Money Laundering, Compliance Studio.

  • Data modeling, AI and next generation technologies.

  • Python, R, and other advanced technology languages.

  • Oracle Database SQL & PL/SQL.

  • PL/SQL Developer, SQL Developer.

  • 10+ years of experience in building machine models in R, Python or SAS and/or hands-on knowledge of graph analytics.

  • Hands-on expertise with SQL databases such as Oracle.

  • ACAMS certification preferred.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $88,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
