Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers - Montpelier is a 25-bed Critical Access Swing Bed Hospital that specializes in inpatient rehabilitative care. Our incredible nurses help to restore the freedom and independence for our patients who are recovering from brain injuries, strokes, major joint replacements, Multiple Sclerosis, amputations, and so much more. Schedule: * 70%  (56 hours in a 2 week pay period) * 3 PM- 11 PM * Includes weekend and holiday rotation Qualifications: * Must posses a current license to practice as a Professional Nurse in the state of Ohio.  * CPR Certified * Experience in skilled rehabilitative nursing and acute care preferred.  Job Duties: Performs patient assessments, initiates individualized patient plans or care, provides eduction to patient and families, can communicate with and carry our licensed provider orders, administers medicines, charts accurately and timely in the electronic medical record, demonstrates knowledge of emergency equipment and supplies, demonstrates knowledge of infection control practices.  Participates in quality improvement activities.  Supports and upholds CHWC's core values of Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Compassion and Honesty.
