What will you do?
In this incredible opportunity, y ou will collaborate with a high-energy, driven team as you build a solid foundation in sales and operations. Upon completing the 6-month program you will transition into a related position at one of our numerous locations in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
Focus on career growth and personal development.
Complete the Elevate program concentrating on the instruction and practical application for Martin Products, Manufacturing, Company Operating Systems, Sales, Corporate Functions, and other necessary skills to run our business.
This is a salaried, non-commission position with full benefits and an excellent 401K plan.

Key Competencies:
Bachelor's degree required
Willingness to travel one week per month for 11 months
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Un-yielding commitment to customer service
Must be able to train, learn, and grow in a team environment
Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions
Versatility to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Computer proficiency and organizational skills
Energetic and positive with a willingness to grow skillset
Bonus Points:
1-2 years of sales/customer service experience
Business, Mechanical, Industrial, or Engineering related education
