Job Title: Maintenance Technician
1st shift ($30-$35/HR)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the facility, installing new equipment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order, and performing preventive maintenance tasks. This can include scheduling vendors.
Duties:
Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and resolve issues
Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, pumps, motors, lights, and belts
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Repair machinery and equipment as needed
Keep accurate maintenance records
Fabricate parts when necessary, including onsite welding, machining, and fabrication
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
Hard Skills
Routine inspections
Replacing filters, pumps, motors, lights, and belts
Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
Machinery and equipment repair
Accurate maintenance record-keeping

Work Environment
The production floor is typically organized to accommodate different workstations and areas dedicated to specific tasks, such as their paint line, anodizing, paint prep, racking department, and grinding. It isn't temperature controlled but they have good ventilation so it never gets terribly hot in the summers. It can be dirty at times since they work with paint but they do their best to keep it as clean as possible.
