Oracle Oracle Cloud ERP Finance (Grants, Commitment Accounting, Project Costing, Receivables, and Billing) Delivery Consultant - Principal Consultant in Montgomery, Alabama

Job Description

This senior-level consulting position will contribute the following:

· Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

· Leads and analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen

· Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations.

· Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions.

· Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.

· Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.

An experienced consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education

Preferred Qualifications

  • Accounting or finance degree or experience; CPA a plus

  • ERP experience - Oracle Fusion preferred

  • Healthcare ERP experience/exposure a plus

Expectations

  • Willing to travel up to 40-60% as needed

  • US Nationwide

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any security compromises within the scope of the position.

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)

California Pay Range: from $87,300 to $170,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $82,500 to $153,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

New York City Pay Range: from $82,500 to $161,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Washington Pay Range: from $92,200 to $161,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
