Job Description
As a successful critical environment Technical Program Manager

Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspect of data center activities
Understand the design and functionality of datacenters.
Supporting engineering projects to develop tracking, resource and cost project plans
Managing tracking systems for the internal delivery of projects across the team
Developing and presenting KPI's and performance metrics for the team performance
Empower operational optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives
Responsibilities
Qualifications
BS Engineering Discipline
3+ years of experience of project management in critical environments
Demonstrated record of innovation and influence with the data center space
Demonstrated record of successful project delivery and planning
Although NOT required, OCI is also looking for the following preferred qualifications
Strong experience with the operation and maintenance of building electrical systems. (electrical distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, security, life safety, and controls systems)
Strong understanding of distributed and block redundant electrical distribution architecture
Knowledge of construction techniques, terminology, and documentation (ability to interpret blueprints, electrical SLDs, mechanical SLDs and construction drawings)
Practical experience with building management systems and automation, controls, and frameworks
Proficient in the use of project management, excel, design software packages

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $95,900 to $192,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $90,600 to $172,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $90,600 to $182,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $101,300 to $182,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
