[Hours: Variable depending on work station and task assignment Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. --- Overtime, Shiftwork and Weekend work may be required
Compensation: $25.00 / Hour
**[SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
[Under direction of the Plant Manager, responsible for understanding and successfully performing all plant wide tasks regarding manufacturing, sales, and shipping. This is an extremely diverse position requiring the incumbent to be able to effectively work across and through all process manufacturing functions, multiple tasks and projects as dictated by demand without complications or negative impact.
**[MAIN JOB TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise production personnel and product manufacturing, quality control, shipping/receiving, purchasing, and sales. [Maintain accurate and consistent records of all production activity per established guidelines [Monitor and report production and operational progress to Plant Manager [Operate forklift, pallet jacks, barrel lifts and other heavy object lifting equipment Complete all training mandated by MI environmental and safety manager Ensure compliance with all OSHA, local, federal safety laws, and environmental laws and regulations Maintain a clean and safe environment for both employees and customers [Participate in lawn mowing, minor equipment repairs, and other maintenance schedule assignments [Communicate with customers and be able to assist them with orders, quotes, invoices, or questions [Communicate with the corporate office as needed Know all facility staff functions and be able to fill in where needed Follow all corporate policies [Other duties may be assigned [Job Requirements:]{calibri=""}]{calibri=""}]{calibri=""}]{calibri=""}]{calibri=""}]{calibri=""}]{calibri=""}]{calibri=""}]{calibri=""}]{calibri=""}]{calibri=""}]{garamond=""}]{garamond=""}**]{garamond=""}
