Who will you be working with?

As part of our Operations Excellence (OPEX) team, you will play a crucial role in driving standardization across Wabtec in key areas such as Industry 4.0, Lean, Global Materials, SIOP, and Supplier Development. In your role within the OPEX Global Materials Digitization team, you will lead the team and collaborate closely with our OPEX Integration Leaders, Pillar Leaders, and Supply Chain teams at Wabtec sites worldwide to Develop and Integrate New Sites Global KPIs and Apps, as well as Oracle EBS – Supply Chain Standard processes that are Fundamental to the Global Materials OPEX Journey.

How will you make a difference?

As the Senior Manager - OPEX IT Projects, you will be instrumental in creating and deploying the strategy and future state for our OPEX Global Materials Digital portfolio: Data & Analytics Development, Applications Development, and Cloud Management within the OPEX Global Materials Digitization team. Your role will also involve implementing, enhancing, and resolving issues related to Oracle EBS – Supply Chain processes, while ensuring global process standardization and fostering flexibility for continuous improvement.

What do we want to know about you?

· Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering related degree with a minimum of 5 years experience as an IT Team Leader

· Minimum of 8 years of SQL development

· Minimum of 3 years of Power BI development experience

· Minimum of 5 years of Oracle ERP Supply Chain experience

· Demonstrated Project / Program Management ability.

· Excellent organizational integration and influencing skills.

· Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate

· Proven track record for meeting customer / business needs

· Clear thinking and strong prioritization skills

· Power BI and Scrum certification recommended

What will your typical day look like?

· Collaborate with OPEX Stakeholders to gather business requirements to Expand Functionality of the OPEX Global Materials Digital portfolio and the Oracle EBS – Supply Chain Standard processes

· Partner with Integration Leaders to onboard New Wabtec Sites into the OPEX Global Materials Digital portfolio and ensure the adoption of Oracle EBS – Supply Chain Standard processes

· Work closely with OPEX Stakeholders to identify and resolve operational issues within the OPEX Global Materials Digital portfolio, driving the OPEX Global Materials Digitization team towards effective solutions

· Communicate Technical updates and Project status on Enhancements and Issues resolution on OPEX Global Materials Digital portfolio to both immediate team members and OPEX Stakeholders

· Ensure the OPEX Global Materials Digitization team Infrastructure operates at optimal service levels, maintaining the integrity and uptime of the OPEX Global Materials Digital portfolio

· Conduct and Improve ERP Maturity Assessments to ensure Wabtec Sites comply with ERP – Supply Chain Standard processes and identify potential process gaps to be addressed with Integration Leaders

· Oversee the OPEX Global Materials Digitization team’s talent management, including hiring, recruiting, supporting day-to-day activities, facilitating training and development plans, and executing performance reviews and salary planning

· Stay current with the latest Wabtec IT technologies, industry trends, cybersecurity standards, and best practices to implement strategic and compliance improvements to the OPEX Global Materials Digital portfolio and its supporting infrastructure

· Be prepared to travel up to 15% both internationally and domestically

· Perform additional duties outside of the primary function as needed, with adequate training provided if necessary
