We are looking for a temporary Master Data Advisor in our Shared Services, which is the Business Service Operations (BSO) Department.

Support the BSO to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids.

Core Responsibilities:

As Master Data Advisor, you are responsible for delivering a consistent service to all the customers of the BSO. This means to meet the customers’ expectations and provide them with a top professional service, incorporating the LEGO values. Beside of this you will be responsible for:

  • Independently performing high quality data management activities (i.e., manual updates, reporting...)

  • Creating HR related documents (i.e., contracts, merit letters, offer letters, etc.)

  • Performing and acting on data quality controls

  • Improving current processes and procedures

  • Fostering and maintaining solid and valuable relationships within the team and with our partners (i.e., Payroll, PPC department, etc.)

  • Data Management activities (manual updates, reporting.)

  • Collaborating with the development team to solve technical issues.

  • Participating in projects representing the Employee Master Data team

  • When applicable being a Superuser (represent the team in Superuser meetings and pass on the knowledge back to the team)

  • Mentoring new hires and more junior team members

  • Handles operational critical issues

The main purpose of the Master Data department is to ensure that the HR data (both – personal and organizational) are correct and updated at all times, across the globe. The data is then used by many other departments (payroll, reporting, planning.) Which underlines the importance of its quality.

The Advisor plays an important role in establishing a sustainable Employee Master data department in the BSO. We need employees, all eager to engage actively in building a high-performing department, valuing collaboration, quality and fun in the everyday life.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience: 2 years of work, data handing and high confidentiality

  • Education: Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience

  • Software: MS Office, SAP or Workday basic level as minimum

  • Language: Fluent English

  • Skills: Excel Advanced

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks

  • The ability to work in both ways; independently and as a part of the team

  • MS office suite knowledge

  • Customer focused and service orientated person

  • Good analytical skills
