Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Monterey Park, California

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Monterey Park, California. The role is within the Development/Fundraising industry and will involve various tasks such as answering inbound calls, managing customer service inquiries, and scheduling appointments. The position also includes remote work capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls, providing comprehensive customer service.

• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date.

• Respond to and manage email correspondence, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed promptly.

• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to manage and organize data and communications.

• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure all meetings are coordinated effectively.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members to meet organizational goals.

• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word) is required.

• Experience in answering inbound calls and handling inbound outbound calls is essential.

• Excellent customer service skills are a must.

• Should have a proven track record in data entry and email correspondence.

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• High school degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
