Description

We are looking to bring on board a Business M& A Analyst in Monterey, California. The role will involve working within a dynamic team environment, focusing on business functions, utilizing various software, and conducting gap analysis to enhance operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement in business processes.

• Leverage Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data analysis and report creation.

• Implement AB Testing to enhance the efficiency of business operations.

• Use Agile Scrum methodologies to manage and complete tasks in a timely manner.

• Understand and document business process functions to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents to guide the development of system enhancements and modifications.

• Manage claim administration to ensure efficient and effective handling of customer claims.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business M& A Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge and experience in performing Gap Analysis.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Understanding of Business Process Functions.

• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents.

• Experience in Claim Administration.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
