JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Mont Alto is accepting applications for a Part Time Student Life Driver.

Job Responsibilities: Operate vehicle to transport passengers Perform general housekeeping duties to keep vehicles clean and habitable on the inside; clean windshield and rear-view mirror(s) as needed Read and record odometer readings Check general operation of vehicles, such as: Fuel levels, tire pressure, Headlights and turn signals, doors, windshield wipers and horn Provide customer service to passengers, such as greeting, providing direction, and loading/unloading bags as needed; with or without accommodations Verify attendance of those travelling in vehicles Document last minute passenger changes

Locations for travel may include, but not are limited to:

Public transportation pick-up and drop-off (Harrisburg train/bus station, Harrisburg/BWI/State College Airports)

Local travel to shopping and entertainment venues

Out of state travel for special trips/engagement opportunities

May include 1 to 14 passengers at any given time

Communicate with Student Life Office related to:

Vehicle maintenance

Passenger lists

Picking up and returning keys, mileage sheet, and passenger list

This job requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid USdriver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be requiredin addition to standard background checks.
