Job Title: Procurement Business Systems Administrator

 

 

 

Status: Full-time Professional

 

 

 

Annual Salary Range: $57,500 - $108,680

 

 

*Salary commensurate with education and experience

 

 

 

 

Job Summary

 

 

 

As a Procurement Business System Administrator at BPMI, you will be responsible for day-to-day operational support of the company procurement business system (i.e., Oracle Cloud). This includes but is not limited to resolving user issues, reviewing and testing system changes (e.g., Oracle quarterly releases and BPMI-driven enhancements), and updating user guidance and training material. The administrator will work closely with other administrators, the broader IT system support team, procurement professionals, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the procurement business system in accordance with BPMI requirements.

 

 

 

 

Essential Duties:

 

 

 

 

 

Respond to user inquiries and resolve system-related issues in a prioritized and prompt fashion.

Manage system configuration of procurement modules (e.g., Procurement Planning, Negotiations, Purchase Orders, Suppliers, Contract Purchase Agreements, and Requisitions).

Submit and monitor cloud service provider (i.e., Oracle) service requests.

Manage user access, permissions, and roles within the procurement system in accordance with security requirements as defined by the approved security plan.

Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the procurement system; generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials; provide end-user training and support on the procurement system.

Participate in and support procurement-related projects, such as quarterly system upgrades, future system integrations, etc.

Conduct impact analyses to assess the effects of system upgrades on business operations and custom configurations.

Identify opportunities to optimize or enhance the procurement business system to improve efficiency and user experience, including researching and requesting new features; working with stakeholders ensure alignment with BPMI business requirements.
