Job Title - Warehouse Associate* Number of Openings - 1 Location -* Monroe WA 98272* Job Type- *Full Time Temp-To-Hire Expected Hours per week -* 40 hours* Schedule - Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Pay - $18 - $22 DOE Benefits - PTO and Holiday *START DATE- ASAP

Our client is looking to hire a Warehouse Associate who isn't afraid of heavy lifting. As a* Warehouse Associate* you'll be loading and unloading trucks and heavy materials such as gym weights and gym equipment, keeping their facility in tip-top shape, and generally supporting the order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Correctly pull, stage and load material orders in a safe and respectful manner.
  • Operate equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently.
  • Complete and return all paperwork to the Supervisor for processing.
  • Stocks building materials and maintains yards.
  • Must meet company production requirements.
  • Count and reconcile inbound and outbound orders.
  • Develop a working knowledge of all products.
  • Complete a daily inspection report for all equipment used.
  • Help maintain the general appearance and maintenance of the branch facility.
  • Attend and actively participate in all safety and team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Prior warehouse experience
  • Forklift and warehouse equipment operation skills strongly desired
  • Ability to lift and move workout/gym weights, 60 lbs repetitively, and up to 100lbs if needed (MANDATORY)
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for long periods
  • Top notch attendance and work well with others
