Mold Set-Up Technician (Direct Hire) Location: Monroe Township, NJ Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour (Based on Experience) Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday

Join our client, a leading manufacturer of plastic packaging products, as a Mold Set-Up Technician. This direct-hire opportunity offers competitive pay and a stable Monday to Friday schedule, allowing you to advance your skills in a supportive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust molds for production runs

• Ensure proper functioning of molds and machinery

• Collaborate with the production team to optimize efficiency

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• To perform and adjust the complete mold set-up of any IBM machine.

• To assist on 1st article setups including machine and conveyor operations.

• To assist in the mold shop with mold PM's and cleaning molds.

• To perform the bottle set-up of the conveying and flaming systems on any IBM machine.

• Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.

• Ensures the proper set up and operation of the SPC hook ups on machines.

• Contributes to the team effort.

• To perform any PM work on molds in machines to increase efficiency and reduce blocked cavities.

• Supports and adheres to all BERRY safety policies.

• Follows and supports all BERRY GMP's.

• Other duties as assigned.
