Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with mechanical aptitude and experience in mechanical manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand and power tools, the ability to interpret technical diagrams, and strong mathematical skills. You will be responsible for operating machinery, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring high-quality production through attention to detail and visual inspection.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery including Laser Welding Machines, Laser-Marking Machines, Laser Cutting & Laser Engraving machines.

• Perform preventative maintenance on various machines on-site.

• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

• Follow detailed instructions for machine setup and calibration.

• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the production process.

Essential Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude.

• 1-2 years of mechanical manufacturing experience.

• Experience with hand and power tools.

• Ability to interpret technical diagrams.

• Strong mathematical skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.

• Prior machine operation experience (ideal but not required).

• Good work ethic with the ability to follow trust-based break and no cell phone policies.

• Reliability to work a minimum of 8 hours per day.
