Position: Facilities Maintenance Associate

Location: Monett, MO

Schedule: 5:30AM - 2:00PM (30 minute lunch)

Pay Rate: $17.00/HR

Position Overview: As a member of our grounds crew, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to maintain an expansive 136-acre campus. Your responsibilities will include mowing, pruning, irrigation, and winter snow and ice removal to ensure campus safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general and grounds maintenance, including arranging furniture and partitions.

  • Assist with internal relocations by moving and setting up furniture and equipment as directed.

  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and perform heavy grounds maintenance tasks, such as mowing, weed eating, fertilizing, leaf collection, planting, and trash collection.

  • Light irrigation tasks may also be included.

  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Required: No previous experience necessary.

  • Preferred:

  • Relevant trade school certification or related education.

  • Experience in facilities maintenance or a similar field.

  • Familiarity with heavy equipment operation.

  • Basic knowledge in maintenance areas such as carpentry, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, and furniture arrangement.

  • Ability to operate various equipment, including mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, forklifts, and skid steers.
